It's simple, join our Lifesense Customer Club and we will not charge for freight or packaging on deliveries made within New Zealand. Further there is no minimum order value or items to qualify for this offer. Customers who are not members of the Lifesense Customer Club will be charged a standard $5.00 for freight and packaging. As it does not cost anything to join our Customer Club it is not really a difficult decision. [Top] Order ProcessWhen you order from Lifesense, you'll receive by email an order confirmation and unique order number. Once the order is shipped, we'll keep you informed with another email confirming that the shipment is on it's way. This email will include Track & Trace details. Returns must be clearly marked with the GRA number and returned to the address (i.e. the Lifesense store) we advise when issuing the GRA number. [Top] RefundsShould you need to make a claim for lost or damaged goods in transit this must be done in writing by email or fax within 48hours of either the receipt of the products or the expected delivery date. Refunds or exchanges of unopened product not related to loss or damage in transit are at the discretion of Lifesense management and may include refunds, credits or exchanges depending on the circumstances. [Top] Expired Products PolicyUse by dates, Best before Dates and other Expiry Dates on supplements vary greatly depending on shelf life the product. Unless a product has been identified as being "short dated" before it was ordered, Lifesense will not deliver products that are expired or within 3 months of the expiry date. If you are not happy with your product, and it is still in saleable condition, you can send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will replace it for you!
