Recommended Use

Mode of Action
Milk Thistle has potent liver-protective activity due to its silymarin content, more commonly known as silybin. The protective effects are related principally to its antioxidant effects that are many times more potent than Vitamin E.
Taurine plays an important role in maintaining the composition of bile and the solubility of cholesterol, and also has antioxidant activity and other actions.
