Usage
For the support of regular healthy bowel movement.
Dosage
1-2 capsules at bedtime with a full glass of water.
Precautions
Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Not recommended in pregnancy. Laxatives should not be used when abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or loose stools are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
