Usage:
Supplementation is indicated for anyone with magnesium deficiency symptoms including cramping, restlessness, poor sleep and cardiovascular problems. Dosage:
1-2 heaped teaspoons (5-10g) daily stirred into water, juice or soft food. Can be taken before bed to support deep restful sleep.
