Fenugreek is one of the world’s oldest medicinal herbs used traditionally by Egyptians, Greeks and Romans for health support and culinary purposes. It has a variety of uses, but most commonly it is used to support healthy breast milk quality and quantity during lactation. Fenugreek contains various soothing mucilaginous constituents. Mucilage has a calming and soothing effect on the respiratory system, stomach and intestines and may decrease spasm in these areas.

To support normal healthy milk production during lactation. To complement the body’s usual mechanisms in the stomach, intestines and lungs.
Precautions
